GoldBullsFX ("we", "our", or "us") provides a mobile and web application that displays XAUUSD trading signals. We collect minimal information to operate the app:

• Push notification token — if you allow notifications, OneSignal assigns your device an anonymous token so we can send you signal alerts. This token is not linked to your name, email, or any personal identity.
• Usage data — basic, anonymous analytics such as page views and session counts, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Netlify). No personally identifiable information is included.
• Live price data — the app fetches the current XAUUSD price from Twelve Data's API to display status information. Your IP address may be visible to Twelve Data as part of this request; we do not store it.

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Account login credentials (there is no account system)
• Location data
• Financial or payment information

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

• Deliver push notifications about new signals and trade updates
• Display live XAUUSD price and signal status in the app
• Monitor app performance and fix technical issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

GoldBullsFX uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

All signals displayed on GoldBullsFX are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this app constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

6. Data Retention

Signal data is retained indefinitely for historical reference. Anonymous push notification tokens are retained by OneSignal until you unsubscribe from notifications or uninstall the app. We do not retain any personal data because we do not collect it.

7. Children's Privacy

GoldBullsFX is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used this app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, most data rights (access, deletion, portability) do not apply. To opt out of push notifications, simply disable them in your device settings or tap the notification bell icon in the app.
